This half term we will be learning about healthy lifestyles and how our bodies change and grow as we get older.
We will be learning about how healthy eating, exercise, drinking water, keeping clean and getting a good night's sleep help us to keep healthy.
We will learn that by following a healthy lifestyle we can give our bodies what they need to make us grow.
As part of this theme we will learn that there are different life stages and we will understand the different things that babies, children and adults can do.
