In maths we are learning all about numbers, counting, ordering and the value of hundreds, tens and units.
In English we are learning the story of the Three Little Pigs. We are going to be acting out the story, making the Three Little Pig's house, writing about the characters and writing our own version of the story.
We are going to be learning about where materials come from, what they are called and what they are used for.
We are going to be learning about LS Lowry and his paintings in our Art lessons. We will be visiting Cartwright Hall in Bradford to learn more about his paintings and other local artists.
When we returned home from Cartwright Hall we wrote recounts about our visit. We used the photos we had taken to help us.

In our science lessons we have been learning to identify different materials and how to describe properties of different everyday materials.
