The National KS2 SAT tests will take place from Monday 14th May 2108 to Thursday 17th May 2018. Here is a timetable of the tests for that week:

This half-term we will be learning all about changes in Britain from the Stone Age through to the Iron Age.

This half term we will learn about life during the Shang Dynasty in ancient China. We will find out about when and where the dynasty was established and some of its significant individuals.

This half term our topic will be focussed on North America and its geography. We will find out about the Grand Canyon and how it was formed. We will also learn about its different ecosystems and about how volcanoes are formed.

This half term we will continue to learn about the geography of North America. We will contrast this with our local geography through a study and comparison of the oldest national parks in the USA and UK.

This half term we will find out about key events during World War 2 (including The Battle of Britain and The Blitz) and how they affected the outcome of the war.

This half term we will finish our topic about World War 2 and then focus on preparing for our end of year performance, 'Do You Remember The First Time?' , and the transition to high school.
