Our staff have received training on many parts of the Autism spectrum.  We have a TA in every classroom who can support children with additional needs.  Please visit your GP or class teacher if you are concerned your child may have Autism so that we can discuss the next steps.  We offer home support plans and have links to other support which may be useful in the home.  We work with children who are receiving speech and language therapy to make sure their therapy is consistent across both home and school.  

Please note:

Due to the open plan nature of our school, we do not have internal secure zones or rooms where children can be contained should they need to be separated from others.  If children are able to follow instructions, we do have areas of school where behaviour interventions can take place although we do not have space for a sensory room.  We will always do our absolute best to keep all our children and families safe.
